As a designer for this project I led all design initiatives, regularly worked with project managers, developers and stakeholders.

To nail down the project scope, we had a session with our client to discuss on what are the problems and challenges on the current appointment system that they are using right now. There’s multiple stakeholder involved during the discussion.
To nail down the project scope, we had a session with our client to discuss on what are the problems and challenges on the current appointment system that they are using right now. There’s multiple stakeholder involved during the discussion.
After meeting with our client, I began shaping ideas for the new appointment system and translating them into early designs. The process involved constant back-and-forth with the internal team, where we refined each iteration to ensure the flow aligned with requirements and worked seamlessly across modules.
