Originally FarmByte onboarding offered only minimal features — farmers could request to sell, but only to FarmByte itself. As the platform grows into a full marketplace the redesign onboarding need to be implement as we need to tackle for new users and new features.

The redesign focused on clearly communicating this new opportunity to farmers while also improving usability. By refining the flow, simplifying steps, and highlighting marketplace features.

Our main challenge was how to make a complex process feel simple and approachable for every user. The goal was not only to create a smoother experience for new users but also to ensure existing users adapting with the new onboarding process.

Our main challenge was how to make a complex process feel simple and approachable for every user. The goal was not only to create a smoother experience for new users but also to ensure existing users adapting with the new onboarding process.

The new onboarding process focused heavily on ideation, identifying pain points, and understanding user flows. This approach helped us design an onboarding experience with clear purpose, ensuring it aligned closely with our new goals.
